Every level’s exact sections — including the SSAT’s signature synonyms and analogies — with step-by-step explanations for every question.
Synonyms and analogies — the SSAT’s trickiest section — with a spaced-repetition vocabulary engine.
Arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data, with the no-calculator strategies the SSAT rewards.
Short literary and informational passages with the inference and tone questions that trip students up.
Timed practice for the unscored writing sample that admissions officers actually read — with model responses.
"The synonyms and analogies drills were a game-changer. My daughter’s verbal percentile jumped 20 points and she got into her first-choice boarding school."
"We tried a $150/hr tutor first. Test Ninjas covered more, my son practiced more, and it cost a fraction. The weekly emails kept me in the loop without hovering."
"The level-specific practice made all the difference — it was exactly the Upper Level format, timing and all. No surprises on test day."

The level is set by the grade they’re applying to enter: Elementary for grades 4–5, Middle for grades 6–8, and Upper for grades 9–12. When you register we start you on the right level, and you can switch anytime.
The SSAT gives a scaled score per section (the range depends on the level) plus percentile ranks that compare your student to other applicants from the past three years. Percentiles — not raw scores — are what admissions officers focus on, so our reports lead with them.
Vocabulary and analogy patterns are the highest-leverage part of the Verbal section. Our spaced-repetition engine drills the high-frequency SSAT words and every analogy relationship type until they’re automatic — the fastest way to lift a verbal percentile.
Many schools accept both. The SSAT has the signature synonyms-and-analogies verbal section and a small wrong-answer penalty at the Middle/Upper levels; the ISEE has no guessing penalty and a different math structure. Check your target schools’ requirements — and if they accept either, take the one whose format suits your student. We cover both.
