Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our money-back guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

Purchase Date: You must have purchased the Test Ninjas premium SAT prep package on or after November 1, 2025.

Starting Score: You must have an official Digital SAT score report showing a score of 1350 or lower taken before purchasing Test Ninjas Premium.

Time Commitment: You must take another official Digital SAT at least 60 days after your purchase date.

Verification: Both score reports must contain the same name and match the first and last name on your Test Ninjas account profile.

Test History: You must provide proof of your complete College Board SAT test history showing no other tests with a 150-point or higher improvement during the period covered by your premium subscription.

Practice Requirements: You must have completed all 20 full-length practice tests, all 60 practice modules (30 Reading/Writing + 30 Math), and all 122 problem sets on the Test Ninjas platform during your subscription period.

How to File a Claim

If you meet all the eligibility requirements and didn't achieve a 150+ point improvement, filing your claim is simple:

Your full name
Test Ninjas account email address
Official SAT score report from before purchase with your full name and date clearly visible
Official SAT score report from after purchase with your full name and date clearly visible
Complete College Board SAT test history showing no other tests with a 150-point or higher improvement
Proof of completion of all 20 practice tests, all 60 practice modules, and all 122 problem sets (this can be verified through your Test Ninjas account)

Processing Time: We'll review your claim and respond within 5-7 business days. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.
